Additionally, within a radius of about 150 kilometers, there are also casinos in Bad Steben, Bad Kissingen, and Bad Kötzting that can be reached. Furthermore, there are casinos in the Czech Republic as well.

The ranking tournaments of the Bavarian Casino Poker Championship are played as freeze-outs, featuring no-limit hold'em variations like Knock-Out, Second Chance, and Win the Button. Tournaments typically commence on Fridays at 7 p.m. and require prior registration. Following the tournament, cash games with a minimum buy-in of 100 € and 2/4 blinds are available.
