Downloading the free app grants you access to Neptune, who will repeat the same three or four phrases over and over again and follow your finger with her eyes as you slide it about the screen. You can set an alarm, if you’d like, or import your calendar, but it’s incredibly light on content. Neptune looks wonderful, even blown up on the iPad screen (it’s an iPhone native app), but she doesn’t do much. Spending $4.99 to unlock the full version adds a little more functionality. She says a few more things, and you can take photos with her (or Noire, the other $4.99 character) and share them with your friends, if you don’t mind the watermarks.
You can purchase additional costumes for $1.99 apiece, and there are seasonal voices for each character ($1.99 for each of the four seasons). I purchased Neptune’s winter voice and honestly didn’t notice a difference. Maybe she needs y1 game more time to Y1 com Game get to know me. As you interact your heart rating supposedly grows, which does something—it’s not really clear. Probably not $4.99 worth of something.
